Process

 

 

1 Our clients let us know their vision and we make it a reality! In order for us to have the same vision we provide the client with a series of questions. This is the part where the client fills out a form and agreement with Riviera Luxe Design. Once there is an basic understanding of the design and information, a comp is then created.

2 The fun part begins! The client will receive an email with a link to the design(s) for review and approval. This is the part where the client gives us any feedback. It is important that we involve the client every step of the way. In order to proceed each design comp requires an electronic signature. All our projects are client approved in order to avoid future disputes.

*It is highly recommended that you send us any content that pertains to the website. Good content is crucial to a website, because if you don’t provide adequate information, you will not generate leads. Always remember to inform people as if you would a family member, this removes a sales pitch tone. 

INCREASE SALES AND BRAND AWARENESS

3 RLD will implement the revisions requested by the client and once again send an email to the client with a link to the design(s) for review and approval. Our designers are only human, so we ALWAYS recommend our clients to revise their websites.
4 Once the client is satisfied with the revised version(s) the project is complete!

PRINT DESIGN REMINDERS

Test Print

Always make sure to “test print” any documents before sending out for a professional print job. Check the size of all the images, the alignment, and proofread!

Proofread

Proofread! Proofread! Proofread! Please make sure to read all the content in your print work. Have a colleague or a friend revise the document for you. Sometimes one can catch mistakes by the third edit. This is why we always recommend printing the design work. Check everything! Ex: Numbers, e-mails, licensing, addresses and so forth
